Montana Credential Registry Pilot Project

Goals of Pilot Project

Collect and make available in the Credential Registry data on non-credit programs for Montana’s two-year colleges and Tribal colleges.

Data Publishing Materials for Phase 1

• Creating a Credential Engine Account

Submitting Data

Phase 1 participants can add data spreadsheets to this Google Folder for review.

Credential Engine’s Tools

• Accounts System: Create user and organization accounts so you can publish to the Credential Registry.
• Credential Publisher: App for uploading data to the Credential Registry via manual entry (for small amounts of data) and bulk upload (CSV spreadsheets) using the login details created in the Accounts System. Also includes the Pathway Builder tool.
• Credential Finder: Simple application for viewing all the data published to the Credential Registry. Widgets can be created that display your organization’s credentials, programs, and courses.
